Whitsunday Christian College offers a private daily bus service, operated by Whitsunday Transit, providing transport to and from the College each school day. Morning and afternoon services are available, with routes servicing Strathdickie, Cannon Valley, Proserpine and Bowen. As this is a privately operated service, families are not eligible for the Queensland Government's School Transport Assistance Scheme for bus travel.

In addition, Whitsunday Transit provides a public school bus to the College, servicing Cannonvale, Airlie Beach and Jubilee Pocket.
