The asset tag is the seven digit code located on the metalic barcode. If the computer is from a laptop trolley, please also enter the laptop number located on the top of the laptop. Please leave the computer in it's present location. Do not send it to IT Support - it will be collected by a technician.

Ensure that the wireless switch is not turned off (orange= off) 2. Wait 30 seconds and attempt to login again. 3. Try restarting the computer.
